Have these ready before applications open

The application is online on slbfe.lk and the window is five days. The fee is US$28 (LKR 9,250) and is refunded only if you withdraw within the window.

• A doctor has checked that I have no colour blindness or colour weakness
• My passport is valid for at least 3 months from the application date
• A scan of my passport: 600 pixels, 100 KB or smaller
• A passport photo on a white background, taken within 6 months: 3.5 × 4.5 cm, JPG, 15 KB or smaller, 100–300 pixels
• I will type my English name, date of birth and sex exactly as in my passport; a mismatch bars entry even after passing
• I have chosen manufacturing or fishery; it cannot be changed after round 1
• I will pay US$28 (LKR 9,250) only where SLBFE's instructions say, and keep the slip
• If I have 1+ years of relevant work, 120+ hours of training, a diploma or a qualification, I have the certificates with the issuer's name, contact and signature
